2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must update your Account information promptly if any details change. ori44 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ori44 does not represent that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in all locations. Persons accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
2.5 KYC Verification. ori44 is required to conduct identity verification before processing withdrawals and at other points as required by its licensing obligations. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address.
3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ori44 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify ori44 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security. ori44 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the Account pending resolution.
3.3 No Account Transfer. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, or sold to any third party.
3.4 Dormant Accounts. If your Account has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months and maintains a positive balance, ori44 may classify the Account as dormant. ori44 will provide reasonable notice before applying any dormancy administration fees, which shall not reduce the Account balance below zero.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the ori44 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Funds deposited in any other currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ori44 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and bank transfer. Available methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
4.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. ori44 aims to process withdrawals within 1–3 business hours for e-wallet methods and up to 1–2 business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended in cases requiring additional verification.
4.5 Withdrawal to Source. ori44 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit payment method in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. Where this is not technically possible, alternative withdrawal arrangements will be made subject to satisfactory identity verification.
4.6 Refused Transactions. ori44 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
5.1 General. ori44 offers bonuses and promotions to Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
5.3 Abuse. ori44 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Offers. ori44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, save that any entitlements already established under these Terms at the time of withdrawal shall be honoured.
6.1 House Rules. All Games available on ori44 are subject to specific game rules which are accessible within the respective game interface. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live slot and table game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles and are based on long-run statistical outcomes.
6.3 Live Casino. Live casino outcomes are determined by real physical actions (card dealing, dice throws, roulette wheel spins) conducted by trained human dealers in controlled studio environments. ori44 does not manipulate live casino outcomes.
6.4 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the Platform's server-side records shall be determinative. ori44's decision on gaming disputes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process under its gaming licence.
6.5 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction during a Game, ori44 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the staked amounts to the Members' Accounts. ori44 shall not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a genuine system malfunction.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. A breach of any of these provisions constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Account balances:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and interface elements, is the property of ori44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. ori44 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 Trademarks. The ori44 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of ori44. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
9.1 Platform Availability. ori44 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. ori44 shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime, connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ori44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
9.3 Total Liability Cap. Subject to Clause 9.4, ori44's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
9.4 Mandatory Rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ori44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.1 Commitment. ori44 is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools to help Members manage their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Members may request self-exclusion at any time via Account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and prevents access to the Platform for the selected exclusion period. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before its expiry will not be honoured.
10.3 Age Restriction. ori44 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction across all Platform activities. Members who are aware of a minor accessing their Account must inform ori44 immediately and take steps to prevent further access.

11.1 By ori44. ori44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity has occurred; (c) security of the Platform or other Members is at risk; or (d) required by its regulatory or licensing obligations.
11.2 Balance on Closure. Where an Account is closed by ori44 for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method or an approved alternative, subject to completion of KYC and deduction of any amounts rightfully owed to ori44.
11.3 By Member. Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting ori44 support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal procedures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ori44 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ori44's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority under ori44's gaming licence. Malaysian players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to local laws and are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction.
ori44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the Platform. Where a material change is made, ori44 will provide reasonable notice to registered Members via email or in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.3.
